Baytrans Shop Operations is a private business application operated by Baytrans Inc. for its own shop management. By signing in you agree to these terms.
Who may use it
Access is limited to the shop owner and staff the owner has invited. Accounts are personal; do not share your password or let others use your sign-in.
Acceptable use
- Use the application only for Baytrans business.
- Enter accurate information and do not try to access records, settings or areas your permissions do not allow.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the application’s security, availability or data.
Records and email
Business records and invoices remain the property of Baytrans Inc. Emails are sent only when the owner explicitly sends them. Edit history and delivery records are kept so the shop has an accurate account of what happened.
Access changes
The owner may change permissions or disable an account at any time, and access ends when employment or engagement ends.
Availability
We work to keep the application available and backed up, but it is provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted service.

These terms may be updated; the date above shows the latest version.
